P + S // A Hawaii Indian Destination Wedding // Day One - Puja

You guys, I am super stoked to share with you P + S's absolutely gorgeous Indian destination wedding photography on the Hawaii Island of Oahu! The week long wedding affair was just out of this world. We had such an amazing time getting to know P, S, their families, and all their friends and just being able to experience it all along with them. As one could imagine with a week long series of events, there are a ton of amazing moments captured, so I'm going to split up the post between the days, so please check back and check back often! The first day on P + S's wedding week they performed Puja which as the internet tells me is "the act of showing devotion to a god, a spirit, or another aspect of the divine through invocations, prayers, songs, and rituals." It was a fabulous way to quick things off by showing reverence and being surrounded by those you hold most dear.

P.S. The same night as their puja, there was a full moon lunar eclipse! So catch that at the end of the post.
